Proctor Aviation looking for Training Manager for our client based in South East Asia.The position reports to the CEO and is the executive responsible for
Ensuing that the Instructor team has the appropriate qualifications, experience and resources necessary to deliver cost-effective, high quality, instruction.
Implement Company Policies and Procedures and set business goals to support Performance Management, Development and effective administration of the Training delivery and support team.
Maintain pro-active co-ordination and communication with the whole team to ensure synergy between meeting the regulatory compliance obligations of training and Flight Operations scheduling priorities.
Seek to maintain a high level of standardization and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements in co- operation with Airline Safety & Operations Procedures, TDCA and IOSA.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all records, certification and other required reports.
Maintain pro-active communication and participate fully in meetings with the relevant departments to ensure close liaison and co-operation with managing the training inclusive of induction and qualification of new instructors and participate in the selection of new personnel.
Manage the qualification training plan for new instructors and the recurrent training plan for all instructors.
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
Bachelor Degree or higher in related field
Current B767 Type rating
Should have minimum total flying hours should be 5000 hrs and PIC type on B767 type should be 500 hrs
Proficient in English language
Experience with communication with multiple locations and countries, international experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Computer Literate
